1. Who you are dealing with

This site is run, and the sales are made, by the business trading as YadCap.

2. Accounts

• An account is free. You do not need one to order, but you do need one to claim a serial code, because the code binds a cap to an account.
• Your account security is yours to keep. Do not share your password; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts opened to game the claim system get closed.
• You can delete your account whenever you want. Deleting it deletes your collection record with it.

3. Orders, prices, payment

Payment is taken through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Your card details are entered on iyzico's own page and never reach us at any point.

• Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
• Adding to cart or sending us a message does not make an order final. An order exists once we confirm it.
• We can cancel an order if the stock count was wrong, a price was obviously mistyped, or we suspect abuse. If you have paid, you get the full amount back.
• When an item sells out it leaves the shop and its page moves to the archive.

4. Shipping and delivery

The whole process, step by step, is on the Shipping and Returns page.

• We hand orders to the courier within 1-2 working days. Domestic delivery in Turkey then takes 1-3 working days.
• Domestic shipping is 80 TL, shown separately from the item price.
• Delays caused by the courier are outside our hands, but we will chase them with you.
• We do not ship internationally yet. When we do, the customs and tax terms will be written here.

5. Withdrawal and returns

For distance sales you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason, under Turkish consumer law (No. 6502).

• Send the item back unused, with tags intact and in resalable condition.
• Write to us to start a return: we send you the return code for our contracted courier and you ship with that.
• On a faulty, damaged or wrong item, return shipping is ours. On a change-of-mind return it is yours.
• We refund within 14 days at the latest of receiving the item back.

One thing specific to the collection system: once you have claimed the serial code into your account, that code is spent. You can still return the item, but approving the return deletes the collection record and the code cannot be used again. Decide before you enter the code.

6. Limited runs and the archive promise

These three are a binding commitment, not a marketing line. The meaning of the collection rests on them.

• Every drop states its quantity, and that quantity is never exceeded.
• A sold-out drop is never produced again. The same design is not reprinted.
• Sold-out pages are never deleted. They stay in the archive permanently.

7. Serial codes and the collection

• Every item carries a unique, hidden serial code. The code records that the item is in your collection.
• A code can be claimed once. It binds to the first account that claims it, permanently.
• Do not share your code. Sharing it means accepting you may lose that item's collection record.
• If an item changes hands (a gift, a resale), the record is not transferred by re-entering the code. Write to us and we will handle the transfer.
• Generating, guessing or brute-forcing codes is prohibited. Accounts doing it get closed and the codes voided.
• The edition number printed on the item (23/100, for example) is public and grants nothing on its own. The hidden code is what grants anything.

8. Site content and brand

• The Young And Dumb wordmark, the YadCap name, drop designs, photography and copy belong to us or to the artists we work with.
• Beyond personal use you may not copy them, use them commercially, or make products from these designs.
• Work by the tattoo artists we collaborate with belongs to them, and they are credited on the relevant drop page.

9. What you must not do

Search engines and AI crawlers are excluded from this: we allow them explicitly in robots.txt.

• Scrape the site with automated tools, run order bots, or try codes.
• Work around security measures or try to reach someone else's account.
• Send enough traffic to take the site down.

10. Liability

Nothing in this section limits the rights consumer law gives you. Where the law grants you a right, it applies regardless of what is written here.

• The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.
• We are responsible for the product we sell you and for the promises made here.
• Beyond that, we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses.

11. Governing law and forum

Turkish law governs these terms.

For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction depending on the amount. Those thresholds are revised annually, so check the current figure before applying.

12. If these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives here, and the date at the top marks the last change.

An order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. Later changes do not apply retroactively.
