2. The buyer and how the agreement is formed

The buyer is the person whose name, address, phone and email are entered on the order. The buyer is responsible for those details being correct: where a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong, the cost of the second shipment is the buyer's.

The agreement is formed when the buyer accepts this text and the Preliminary Information Form at the payment step. No order can be placed without ticking that box.

3. Subject and price

The subject of this agreement is the items named, counted and priced in the order summary. That summary is an inseparable part of this agreement.

• Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
• Domestic shipping is 80 TL and is shown separately from the item price.
• Payment is taken in a single instalment through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Card details never reach the seller at any point.
• Payments are verified with 3D Secure.

4. Delivery

Delivery may take longer in cases of force majeure. The buyer is told immediately, and may cancel the order and receive the full amount back.

• The order is handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of the payment clearing.
• Domestic delivery takes 1-3 working days once the courier has the parcel.
• Delivery is made to the address given by the buyer, through our contracted courier.
• We do not ship internationally.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. Notifying the seller within that period is enough.

• Notice of withdrawal is given by sending a DM to @yad.cap on Instagram.
• The item is returned unused, with tags intact, in resalable condition and in its own packaging.
• The return is shipped with the contracted courier named in the preliminary information, and in that case the return postage is the buyer's.
• Where the item is faulty, damaged or wrong, the return postage is the seller's.
• The seller refunds within 14 days at the latest of receiving both the notice and the item, by the same method the buyer paid with.

None of the goods excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation are sold under this agreement.

6. Serial code and collection record

Every item carries a unique, hidden serial code. Claiming that code into an account spends it.

The buyer may still withdraw after claiming the code. In that case, approving the return deletes the collection record and the code cannot be used again. This does not limit the right of withdrawal in any way.

7. The seller's right to cancel

The seller may cancel an order in the event of a stock error, a price that is plainly wrong through a system fault, or suspected abuse. The full amount taken is refunded within 14 days at the latest and nothing further is asked of the buyer.

8. Personal data

The personal data processed for an order, and the buyer's rights under Turkish data protection law, are set out on the Privacy page.

The Turkish ID number requested at payment is collected because the payment institution is required by law to hold it. It is passed straight to that institution and is not stored in the seller's database.

9. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey.

For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts at the buyer's or the seller's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary thresholds published each year by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Effect

By confirming the order the buyer accepts every clause of this agreement. It consists of ten articles and is formed electronically.
